As a temporary solution, I have manually "disabled" because when it is stopped and the startup option is "manual", it still gives me this error the Computer Browser service in all the client PCs - is that the right solution or is there any other better solution?

On checking, as suggested in here , the network hasn't been disconnected at any given point in time, however, the PCs are restarted in some cases at certain points in time.

This is how I solved this issue though I'm pretty sure that there is a better way to do it. Once they were all disabled and only the Domain Controller's Master Browser service was enabled, this issue was not faced again.

The Event ID Master Browser error messages, on some Windows Server systems specially older ones is probably one of the most searched on this environments due to the fact that this event is linked to WINS the predecessor of DNS on Windows systems and the Computer Browser system service still available even on newer Windows 10 clients and Windows Server.

Common steps that can be done to address this error not a difficult one to fix are the following:. Once you have Services open, look for an entry called Computer Browser.

If that service is Started , you have found your culprit: just disable it if you do not user Network Browser on you servers and clients to search Shared Folders. So if it found a bad file in there you wouldn't be able to replace it with it's own content. I will install it this afternoon and hopefully that will remedy the MRxSmb nonsense. I will need to install the loopback today. As I understand it, there will be a brief outage which my employer isn't too keen on.

So I had to push it out a day. I will update the thread tonight. Installed loopback adapter through new hardware and now it is stuck on limited or no connectivity I am thinking this is a good thing because it is implying there is another issue right?
