There should be an option that says, "Lock the taskbar" Jump to Post. Brilliant idea!!! I adjusted the monitor and it worked. Oh, I am so grateful, thank you so much! Thank you for any help. I resolved this issue by 1 right click on the desktop 2 Select Graphics Options 3 Rotation 4 Normal Hope this helps anyone who runs into this problem.

Are you sure you have something valuable to add to revive the existing conversation? Right-click on the Screen empty space of your computer and click on Graphic Properties… option.

Note: In case your computer has non-Intel Graphics Card, select the option that allows you to access Display Properties. On Graphic settings screen, click on General Settings and set the Rotation Value to Normal or 0 depending on your computer. Open Settings on your computer and click on the System icon. On the next screen, click on the Display tab in left-pane.
